By accessing and using this CD you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this CD and all such terms shall be deemed accepted by you. If you DO NOT AGREE to all these Terms of Use, you SHOULD NOT use this CD. ProScan Imaging, LLC, its Affiliates (“ProScan”) and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the following CDs: Interactive Teaching Files – MRI of the Breast, MRI of the Head and Neck, MRI of the Abdomen and Pelvis, Cardiac MRI, MRI of the Knee, Shoulder MRI, MRI of the Elbow, MRI of the Wrist and Hand and MRI of the Hip and Thigh and all portions thereof (the "CDs"), the Content (as defined below), features, products and services provided on or through the CDs (collectively "Products"), and all related intellectual property, which includes, without limitation, the business processes, procedures, methods and techniques used with the CDs and the Products, and all patent rights, copyright rights, sui generis database rights, trademark rights, trade secret rights and other proprietary rights therein throughout the world (collectively, "Intellectual Property"). The Products may be used, downloaded, displayed, and printed by you solely for your personal, internal and non-commercial use. The use of any ProScan (or any ProScan partner or licensor) trademark, trade name, or service mark without ProScan's (or the appropriate owner's) express written consent is strictly prohibited.
