In networking for more freelance opportunities, I was given this company's information and gave them mine. They had requested many updates to their website, but could not achieve contact with the original web site designer/builder.

After much phone tag, I finally made contact with the original designer, and he willing gave me the information to not only update their site, but to actually put the domain name in the company's name instead of his name. He was no longer creating web sites or designing them. I then took over as their designer and email maintenance. They recently wanted instructions on taking care of their own email maintenance. I created a step-by-step manual on for them to easily created new email accounts, delete email accounts, or change their email accounts as in forwarding or creating email space.

Update as of 04/15/2008: Currently, the forms are put on hold, until further notice. Due to site encryption costs.
